Scorching lava from Kilauea volcano reaches Pacific Ocean

Kilauea volcano on Hawaii’s Big Island erupted more than two weeks ago, and now the the scorching lava has made its way to the Pacific Ocean. The plumes of steam are producing laze, a dangerous mix of lava and haze that can irritate the skin, eyes and lungs.
