Leaders cite studies indicating racial prejudice in jury selection and sentencing
chicago3200000: Overall, I didn't really see many bright spots for Trump. From a policy standpoint, Hillary was far more inclined to dive into specifics. This makes her look a lot more presidential as it makes her look knowledgeable. The only area that Trump really got Hillary related to her support of of the TPP. One goal that Hillary clearly had was trying to get under Trump's skin. She succeeded in that probably beyond her wildest dreams. Trump made a ton of statements that made it almost seem as if he had come unhinged. The implication that attacking an Iranian ship because they were laughing at us was bad. The assertion that Iran would not respond as a result is laughable. My guess would be a blockade of the Strait of Hormuz as very likely. The other part of the debate is whether or not you can get your opponent to say something nutty. Hillary got that out of Trump as well with his tax and 2006 house comments. While I doubt this is a knock out blow, it could be very close. It depends on how these initial comments get utilized. Further, there are 2 additional presidential debates coming up. Still, I think it will be difficult for Trump to dig out of the hole he created.
