The second anniversary of the uprising in Syria was marked by continued violence across the country on Friday. Activist videos from Daraa shows snipers taking shots from windows, while in Homs buildings were shelled. (March 15)
Chris: I'm reading some comments here that would indicate people believe the system was equally rigged on both sides, for Clinton and Trump to get the nominations. I think not. The RNC despised Trump with a passion. They were forced to give him the nomination only because they were beaten so decisively and clearly had no option. If they could've denied him the nomination, they would have. On the other hand, the DNC nomination was a farce from the get go. If your a Democrat, your choice was already made for you from the beginning. Sanders momentum was a fluke that they were not expecting. Now with Sanders kowtowing to Clinton like a sick little puppy instead of demanding a do over and pressing charges against the Clinton campaign, he was proven once and for all that he is part of the problem, not part of the solution.
