Kite: "gender on their birth " there is no gender on the birth certificate because baby can not tell what gender it is. the only things on the BC are things known at the time of birth, like date of birth , place of birth, baby's sex. recording person's gender feminine/ masculine (gender is fluid and personal) on the ID or BC has as much sense as recording person's level of happiness( happy /unhappy) or bravery( brave/coward). How do those personal, subjective and changing attributes help us to identify anyone?
