nate: One only has to look at the entire continent of Africa to understand that the African people all belong in Africa. Since the time that the first European stepped foot in Africa, the Europeans, today's Westerners, have spent their lives and their money to uplift the African people. The cities are mostly sewers and the interior, except for the "reserves" and "white" controlled areas are still as primitive as they were before the white man set foot in Africa. If the black folk descended from slaves want reparations, then, they will have to give up their citizenship to get it. Lincoln established the rule against reparations when he "GAVE" them citizenship. They did not earn it. They did not fight for it. It was given to them as a stipulation and it can be revoked.
