GailR: I can not understand why poor neighborhoods look so depressing. If there is a lot of unemployment or a thriving neighboring what does it take to at least pile all trash instead of spreading it every where? If You have people,you have a work force.The payday comes in making a neighborhood look alive instead of decayed. Work together and make a difference. It showed the desire for something better in the community. My area is not a disaster area but I walk and pick up trash. I feel better doing something, anything than letting trash make people feel like trash as well.
