puckerup: Notice the title of this article "...defying feds on gay marriage"; it's not breaking a law, but rather defying a court order. Aren't courts suppose to enforce laws, not "pass" laws. See, a court can write a proposal for law and then run it through congress and have it voted on and passed into law, but with gay marriage that always gets voted down, so in order to go around that, our liberal sepreme court just said "this is how it's going to be and everyone's going to like it". But, we are a democracy as liberals like to put it, as long as that democracy doesn't include the input of someone with a christian moral.
