Blair: Trump seems to believe that confusing the public about his real stance on illegal immigration will somehow result in more votes for him. He stated 3 different policies all on the same day this last week. Either that or he is getting a lot of conflicting input from his campaign team about what his most politically expedient stance should be, and he reacts to whatever the last person told him he should do. How else can you explain how he has now muddied the waters on what to do with illegal immigrants? What are people supposed to believe? Immigration is after all his been his SIGNATURE campaign issue! If he can't clearly articulate his policy on that then this whole thing is up in the air. Personally, I think his comments about deporting people "humanely" was just a sop to Hispanics to entice some of their votes because his campaign is floundering. But, who knows?
