Two passengers aboard the missing Malaysia Airlines plane may have been travelling under stolen passports, raising questions of foul play in one of the rarest of aviation disasters. Gavino Garay reports.
Scott: The FBI does NOT have the authority to "exonerate" ANYONE! Legally, ALL they can do is investigate, and present any evidence found- in either direction- to the Attorney General, who will then decide on a course of action- prosecute, charge, or refuse action due to a lack of evidence. So- a Director of the FBI who does attempt to "write a letter exonerating" the subject of an investigation is thereby committing a crime, and acting WITHOUT proper authority, and should thus be charged himself!
