---------: Of being alive in America through 7 different decades I can honestly say, this present day is as bad or worse that I have even seen US races relations. And it continues to decline. Obama is surely part of it but our nation is also fractured along these plus other lines and our identity is divided like never before. Race, culture, politics even things as mundane as music are pushing entire segments of Americans farther away from seeing any common ground. It only appears to be getting worse and I don't foresee it ever getting better.
