IRCON undertakes six railway projects in Sri Lanka

Indian Railway construction company (IRCON) has undertaken six railway projects in Sri Lanka amounting to 800 million dollars to reconstruct the railway lines damaged during the civil war. The Sri Lankan minister for economic development, Basil Rajapaksa and India's high commissioner to Sri Lanka, Ashok Kantha inspected the ongoing IRCON's railway projects in the war ravaged northern Sri Lanka.
