The vote was to reaffirm that marriage in Oklahoma is only between a man and a woman, and it passed 84-0. State Rep. Bob Cleveland explains.
Clinton stands a far better chance of landing conservative voters than Trump does of landing liberal ones. There is a long and well-known list of noted Republicans who have come out saying they would never vote for Trump (starting with Romney, Bush and Cruz), and quite a few saying they will vote for Clinton instead. But there's not a single noted Democrat who has said they wouldd ever vote for Trump. And the reasons are simple: Trump is totally unqualified for the job, his ignorance of how U.S. government works is shocking, and his temperament and neo-fascist tendencies makes him downright dangerous. People might not necessary like Clinton, but they know she can do the job, and that at least she's a normal person. They know for sure Trump can't handle the job, and that he has personality traits that make him unpredictable and dangerous. Trump simply scares the hell out of too many people. He'll be lucky if he can hold the 35% of voters he got in the GOP primary. He has no hope of winning over anyone new.
