Horses Continue To Starve, Die On Man`s Farm

A man in Snohomish, Wash., is being charged with animal cruelty after numerous reports of his horses starving on his farm. Court documents say several horses had hair loss, rain rot, infections, lice and overgrown or cracked hooves. In an interview, Phil Roeder, the 72-year-old farm owner, says he hates being micro-managed by women and that he plans to sue some of them if they "don`t leave [him] alone."
