More problems plague the troubled healthcare website after glitches over the weekend prevented people from signing up. Linda So reports.
Stea: I know that Hillary Clinton has made considerable efforts to differentiate the Republican Party from Donald Trump. And indeed, I know there are a fair number of Republican moderates who are horrified by Trump. But at the same time, I just don't see how you can differentiate the Republicans from their presidential candidate. He is essentially the face of the entire Republican Party in an official capacity. They -created- his candidacy. Every time they coddled racism within the Party, they built it up. Whenever they dumbed down the political discourse, they put a brick in the foundation of it. Every time they questioned Obama's citizenship, every time they hyped up hysteria and rage about the Affordable Care Act, every time they played the dumb "dog whistle" style of politics, they contributed to the political culture that has now given us Trump as a candidate. All those Republican senators and house representatives can pretend like they're not affiliated with this idiot. But in reality, they -deliberately- created the political mentality that allowed him to become their candidate despite his complete and utter lack of qualifications for the job. If you're voting against Donald Trump, you probably also need to vote against the other Republicans on the ballot, too for that very reason.
