Gov't Deems Charlie Sheen Graffiti "Too Political"

A graffiti artist in England was forced to change a mural he made of the actor Charlie Sheen after the local council said it was too political. The painting depicted the actor, and had the pun "this town needs a new Sheen" next to it. The council, which was close to holding elections, demanded that the artist remove the text, which he did, but in protest added a zipper across Sheen's mouth. Maybe the council hates puns and free speech?
