House and Senate leaders announced Sunday they have reached an agreement on a $20.6 billion state budget
WILLIAM CONWAY: Please Mr. Trump do not change history by telling only one-half of a story. Yes, President Clinton was impeached by the Republican-majority House led by Newt Gingrich. HOWEVER, shortly thereafter, the President .was ACQUITTED of all those charges by the Senate in a bi-partisan vote. As a result, President Clinton was able to complete his two terms of office without any further interference by the Legislative Branch. When you tell only the part of a story that you like and omit a significant part that you do not like, you are misleading everyone.
