Don: The courts have little to no constitutional standing on foreign policy, no standing as to which countries do or do not present a threat to the US. As far as discriminating against Muslims, the claim is patently absurd, as many times the number of Muslims live in countries who's citizens are not prevented from traveling to the US than do in the handful singled out, and not just Muslims from these countries are effected by the temporary ban. This was not justice being handed out by the district courts, it was raw politics and a blatant constitutional overreach. The Supreme Court needs to rule in favor of the administration.
