CSUB women get consecutive wins for first time this year
Center Janae Coffee had a near-triple double with 22 points, 17 rebounds and nine blocks, while Amber Williams had a game-high 31points as the Cal State women's basketball team defeated Texas-Pan American, 85-62, Wednesday night at the Icardo Center. The win was the second straight for the Roadrunners, the first time the team has won consecutive games all season. CSUB improved to 3-15 overall on a night when Williams hit 7-of-14 from beyond the arc and the Renegades outrebounded UT-Pan American 51-39.
