Spocks Brain Rules: It is crazy how polling works. They ask questions from a couple thousand people and from that determine how 350 million people think. Yet, they do very closely predict how people will vote. And they are accurate enough to influence TV ratings, companies and political policies. But there is another strange thing about poll numbers. They can change quickly. One scandal, a silly scream at a rally, a dumb comment, negative news, gas price increase or economic shift and a person's numbers can tank. Voters this election seem to be very immune to scandals and stupidity this election. But the fickleness of voters is well known. We may very well be one silly scream away from Trump winning the election. Or maybe Hillary's dress might blow upwards in the wind and scare a bunch of people, or she might vomit on someone's shoe, or she might trip and fall or any of the other things that have destroyed other folks. Yep, when it comes right down to the vote, it will be these things that matter most, not the lying, cheating or stupidly of either candidate.
