Blackfin: I certainly have little sympathy for the Saudis who were almost certainly involved in some way. Perhaps not government, but more likely private individuals. It's extremely unlikely this piece of legislation will touch any of those people though, even if they are identified. And I certainly understand how hard it would be to stand with the veto in an election year. But that said, the over ride was a mistake that will bite us in the backside a thousand times down the road.
