Satorius: Tharman's race is not an issue for me when it comes to being the PM. It's his previous conviction for being negligent with 'state secrets'. I consider our PM post to be the highest in terms of having executive powers. If our PM has a problem with keeping 'state secrets', I think Singapore will be in a very bad shape. If you need to 'purposely' choose someone from a minority race as PM, you might as well have chosen someone like Iswaran or Yacoob etc. If you don't mind, you may also consider Pritam Singh, which I think many people will mind.
