RugmasterD: Kind of late, she already did what the Clintons put in there to do anyway. Plus, if Clinton wins she will have, as party head (egads), the power to pick the DNC head. WS was their guy, and Obama for some reason went along with it. Before he learned to shut up and do what he was told, Howard Dean had objected to her and said Obama had just plain 'sold out' to the Clintons. Yet another example of 'bogus progress' or 'responding to pressure' from Ms. C. Rep WS is now in line for some appointed post in the Ms. C administration (egads/squared). And, yes, many Democrats were disappointed when Dean, who had been treated as an outsider by the Obama people in 2008 after his hard work at DNC helped him elected and had good reason not to trust these people, hopped on the bandwagon last year to back Clinton. I don't think there is a liberal, elected Democrat in any leadership position in Washington.
