Gregory Sims: It is not okay to give him a pass on this by chalking it up to naïveté. That is just creating an excuse for illegal activity. but not knowing the law, in this country, has never been an accepted defense against breaking the law. What he did, common sense dictates was wrong. He knew beyond a doubt that that wasn't okay-- because he lied about it and hid it. We cannot let these people get away with treasonous behavior just they are rich and in power. Then we are no longer a democracy.
