The law that Gov. Scott Walker says is the cornerstone of efforts to put the state back on solid fiscal ground is upheld by a federal appeals court.
Charles: Money sent from the U.S. to Mexico by legal and illegal immigrants, as of 2015, became the LARGEST revenue source to Mexico surpassing oil revenues. (If you want to look it up, it is called "remittances" and the source is Mexico's central bank as reported by NBC News.) The president of Mexico knows this and will do everything possible to keep things that way. In the mean time, Mexico has extremely tight controls over it's southern border because it doesn't want money funneled from Mexico further south, or immigrants to pass through to the U.S. who will funnel money that will skip over Mexico and go further south. This arrangement is fine with the democrats. How about you?
