Dana: The United States spend more money on our military than all the 27 other NATO nations combined. We are supposed to be the backbone of the whole operation. Is it right? Not really. The agreement was supposed to be equal among all participants, given population and economic viability. As it stands, the US spends far more as a percentage of GDP on military than any of the other NATO nations. That part is not right. If it is a partnership, it should be an equal one. Trump is right, Obama is wrong. His foreign policy has been a disaster thus far. As far as preparedness of Trump? What experience did Obama have in foreign policy when he became president? He was a first term senator. He had no experience. Trump actually has more international dealings experience right now than Obama ever had when he started.
