The Anti-Defamation League and National Constitution Center held the event before a sold-out audience at the Center’s Kirby Auditorium, which has been the scene of many memorial debates and discussions during the past 10 years. The event was moderated by Deborah Lauter of the Anti-Defamation League.

In addition to its usual review of the Supreme Court’s most important cases, the ADL Supreme Court Review discussed how Supreme Court jurisprudence has evolved on the religion and free speech clauses of the First Amendment.

This event was presented as part of the Anti-Defamation League’s Centennial celebration and the National Constitution Center’s 10th anniversary programming.
