Video: Previewing Kentucky vs. Oakland in the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament

The Kentucky Wildcats take on the Oakland Golden Grizzlies in an NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament first-round game of the South Regional in Pittsburgh on Thursday night.

John Calipari’s Wildcats are the No. 3 seed in the region. Greg Kampe’s Golden Grizzlies are the No. 14 seed. UK finished in a tie for second place in the SEC. Oakland won the Horizon League regular season and tournament titles.

To preview the game, I talked with Griffin Beers of Horizon Roundtable for a scouting report on Oakland. I also gave my thoughts on Thursday night’s matchup and what Kentucky will have to do to make a deep run in the tournament.
