Video premiere: Old Dominion debut acoustic 'Written in the Sand'
Country rockers Old Dominion, who held the distinction of being the Academy of Country Music’s New Group of the Year in 2016, have been on a roll since the release of their 2015 gold-certified debut album Meat and Candy. The band is poised to drop its highly anticipated sophomore set, Happy Endings, on August 25.
Yahoo Music is pleased to debut an acoustic performance of their new single, “Written in the Sand,” a romantic jam which shows off the group’s talent for mixing groovy, intelligent, and soulful sonic influences into their core country sound.
Happy Endings also includes the lead single “No Such Thing as a Broken Heart” as well as a collaboration with Little Big Town, “Stars in the City.” Old Dominion will be playing a series of exclusive club shows across the U.S. this month — if you’d like to keep up with their schedule, check here.
