Video: Man trying to get life back after release from prison
A Maryland man who served time in prison is getting a second chance, but he said that as he rebuilds his life, he keeps running into roadblocks. For 20 years before his conviction, Bryan Piper drove trucks for a living. Since his release, he has been able to get a job in Baltimore, but what he really wants requires him going after a commercial driver's license that the state said it was forced to cancel because of his incarceration.
