The distinguished panel of former and current judges included John Cleland, John Jones, Nathaniel Jones, Jed Rakoff, and Marjorie Rendell.

Cohen drew inspiration from his new book, “Blindfolds Off: Judges On How They Decide ,” where he interviewed 13 judges about their experiences in the courtroom.

Among the cases decided by the judges on this panel were the Jerry Sandusky case, the recent Pennsylvania same-sex marriage decision and the Janet Jackson Super Bowl case.
