Apple on Monday unveiled iOS 9, a new major operating system update for iPhone and iPad that brings over various neat performance and stability improvements but also a bunch of interesting new features. The first iOS 9 beta is available to download and install, if you’re a developer or have access to a developer account. However, it turns out that you can install iOS 9 on your iPhone right now even without having it registered with a dev account.

That’s, of course, if you can’t wait for Apple to roll out its first public iOS 9 public beta, which is rolling out in July, at which point it won’t matter whether your iPhone’s UDID is registered with a developer ID or not.
Luckily, for those iPhone 6 owners who want to experience iOS 9 regardless of the expected performance issues that might appear given that it’s a first beta release, YouTube channel iCrackUriDevice has you covered. You should know that, once you update to iOS 9 on your iPhone 6 this way, you won’t be able to back up your data and restore it back to iOS 8.3 or later down the road.
