According to the Seattle Police Department, it all started when the 30-year-old suspect was seen sleeping in the driver’s seat of a stolen vehicle early in the morning on May 5. Officers deployed Terminator devices, and as officers tried to conduct the traffic stop, he fled.

Three of the suspect’s tires were flattened.

He then is accused of driving into a grassy area, hitting some occupied tents and two people who were lying inside. He continued to speed away until the car couldn’t travel any further.

Police say the suspect then tried to hide in a dumpster, covering himself in drywall.

A K-9 officer led officers to the suspect. Police say a gun was recovered along the path on which the stolen car traveled.
