On Sunday, 8world News posted a video of the heartwarming reunion, which took place at Singapore Changi Airport.

The news outlet noted that the older woman from China was finally able to visit her relatives in Singapore after almost three years of travel restrictions.

In the 28-second clip, family members can be seen surrounding the carpet and waiting for the grandmother’s arrival at the airport.

One child holds a bouquet of flowers, while another child holds a big sign that says, “A warm welcome, dear grandmother,” according to 8world News.

After the matriarch appears in a wheelchair, she stands up and the children embrace her as she walks down the red carpet.

As of Tuesday, the now-viral video has garnered over 156,000 views.
