Video: County says it can't afford new construction for Dulaney

The fight over school renovations continues in Baltimore County. The School Board approved on Tuesday multimillion dollar facelifts, including air conditioning, for Woodlawn and Patapsco high schools, but the board rejected plans for Dulaney High School while parents call for a new building, not just renovations. Pressure from the community stopped a school board plan to renovate Dulaney. Now, officials have to come up with more than $100 million to pay for a new building.
