Video: Catoctin HS threat suspect arrested
The 18-year-old woman accused of plotting an attack at Catoctin High School was released Friday from the hospital and is being held without bond. The Frederick County Sheriff's Office said Nicole Cevario has been served with outstanding arrest warrants for charges of possession of explosive material with intent to create a destructive device and possession of incendiary material with the intent to create a destructive device. She was taken to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center.
