Video: Cases dropped because of officers' indictments

The arrests of seven Baltimore police officers forced federal prosecutors to drop at least five cases, and Baltimore City prosecutors have also dropped cases. City prosecutors are tossing out at least four state cases so far in which the officers made arrests and developed charges, or are considered witnesses. Prosecutor Marilyn Mosby said this is having a pervasive impact on open and pending cases, and she had no prior knowledge of the allegations.
