Video: Aim to B'More gives some drug offenders second chance

A group of young people in Baltimore City graduated into the final phase of a program that gives first-time offenders second chances. Aim to B'More gives non-violent felony drug offenders a chance to have their records expunged and avoid prosecution and prison. They have to complete 100 hours of community service, get their high school diplomas or GEDs, go through life skills training and maintain full-time employment for a year. http://www.stattorney.org/aim-to-bmore
