Anxiety isn't limited to humans.

Loki is a 3-year-old German Shepherd with a severe anxiety problem. Loki's owner is Reddit user electricsheepz.

The pup bounced around to three different homes during his first year of life due to his anxious behavior, but has finally found a permanent, loving home.

"It used to be much worse, but he's essentially very very high strung," electricsheepz wrote on Reddit. Small stuff will set him off, like a person or dog he doesn't know, and he'll go into what looks almost like a doggy panic attack, lots of really high pitched whining and barking and general carrying on.

Loki's anxiety has grown into grave concern for the well-being of his owners.

On May 3, electricsheepz posted a photo of Loki to Reddit captioned, "Whenever my wife takes a bath, my dog likes to check in periodically to make sure she hasn't drowned."

He really could not be cuter.

The photograph garnered more than a million views, likely due to the dog's sweet face and clear love and concern for his bathing human mom. But despite the worried look, Loki seems to be happier than ever thanks to the work his owners have put into giving him an excellent life.

"He makes us very happy," electricsheepz wrote. "I couldn't ask for a better dog. He's unique and hilarious and never boring."

While he's happier and more comfortable than ever, Loki's owner decided to share a few more images of his concerned face.
