May 15—A vehicle was reported fully engulfed in flames at 1:40 a.m. Tuesday on Interstate 35 near mile marker 9.
Shoplifting reported
Deputies received a report of theft of merchandise at 6:56 p.m. Tuesday at 105 North Star Road.
Guns, medications stolen
Guns and medications were reported stolen Tuesday morning at 333 E. Third St. The guns included one shotgun and two rifles.
Juvenile cited for cannabis possession
Police cited a juvenile for cannabis possession under 21 and cannabis possession in a school at 8:50 a.m. Tuesday at Albert Lea High School, 2000 Tiger Lane.
School bus stop arm violations reported
Police received a report of a school bus stop arm violation at 1:17 p.m. Tuesday. The violation reportedly occurred at 7:48 a.m. at the intersection of South First Avenue and West Front Street.
Police received a report of a school bus stop arm violation at 1:22 p.m. Tuesday. The violation reportedly occurred at about 3:08 p.m. Monday. Police ultimately cited Jane Louise Loge, 80, for the violation.
1 arrested for DWI
Deputies arrested Carlos Aedgar, 33, for first-degree driving while intoxicated, open container violation and driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety at 6:52 a.m. Monday near 850th Avenue and 130th Street in Glenville.
1 arrested on warrant
Deputies arrested Michael Tyler Conn, 26, on a Mower County warrant after a traffic stop at 11:15 p.m. Monday near the intersection of U.S. Highway 65 and 795th Avenue.
Theft by fraud reported
Police received a report of possible theft by fraud at 10:28 a.m. Monday at 825 W. Clark St.
Man cited for assault, criminal damage
Police cited Tommy Lee Walker, 62, for fifth-degree assault after a reported assault at 5:31 p.m. Monday at 224 E. Clark St.
Police cited Walker at 8:40 p.m. for fourth-degree criminal damage to property after receiving a report of tires that had been slashed on a pickup at 321 Sibley Ave.

Deputies received a report of a vehicle that was stolen at 2:37 p.m. Sunday at 69071 335th St. in Hartland.
Juveniles cited for disorderly conduct
Police cited two juveniles for disorderly conduct at 8:58 a.m. after a fight at 8:58 a.m. Friday at Southwest Middle School, 1601 W. Front St.

Police cited one juvenile for underage drinking at 9:39 a.m. Friday at Albert Lea High School.

Police arrested Tristan Jean Williams, 39, on a Rice County warrant at 2:45 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of East Ninth Street and Lee Avenue.

Storage units were reported damaged at 11:35 a.m. Saturday at 1430 U.S. Highway 69 S.

Police received a report at 7:26 p.m. Saturday of a gun that was pulled on an individual during an argument at 317 Winter Ave.
