VDOT: Vehicle fire causing delays on I-264 in Portsmouth

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — On I-264 at mile marker 6.5 in Portsmouth, near Effingham Street, motorists experienced delays due to a vehicle fire. The west left shoulder and left lane were closed.
