VBPD: Person punched through window on Lynnhaven Parkway

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – The Virginia Beach Police Department says a person has lacerations after punching through a window Friday morning.

VBPD said they originally got a call for a reported stabbing in the 300 block of Lynnhaven Parkway just before 11 a.m., but found out the person’s injuries were self-inflicted.

Police said there’s no danger to the community related to the incident and more information will be released.
