"Dancing with the Stars" pro Valentin Chmerkovskiy was one of the many television viewers who caught his brother Maksim Chmerkovskiy's recent guest slot on "General Hospital."
"Of course I was watching him," Val -- who actually made a cameo on "GH" last year -- told Access Hollywood's Shaun Robinson earlier this week.
For his arc, Maks played Anton, a handyman who went from fixing things in the Nurses' Ball hall to performing a dance with Kelly (she plays Sam McCall on the soap).
He also did a "Magic Mike"-style dance and strip number earlier this week (it was called "Magic Milo," after one of the characters) too.
"Maks is an incredible talent," Val said. "I was really glad to see him on television."
Earlier this year, producers were going to try and get Kelly's "DWTS: All-Stars" partner Val on the show - schedule permitting. Val has, of course, been busy working with Zendaya on "DWTS," and Maks hasn't been on the show this season (he will actually return next week, performing with his brother and the teen).
"I have to give a shout out to not only Maks' talent, but also Kelly Monaco," Val said. "The fact that she was able to extend her invite to my brother and have him on the show, and he did a good job, so I think it'll be a long lasting relationship. It was a privilege for me to see."
Asked how he'd rate his brother's performance on a scale of 1 to 10, Val said Maks was off the charts.
"I would give him a 12. Aesthetically, he looked amazing on television," Val laughed. "On soaps, you gotta look good!"
