UT Police searching for man accused of exposing himself near Union Building

AUSTIN (KXAN) — The University of Texas at Austin Police Department is searching for a man they say exposed himself and touched someone before leaving the campus on Wednesday.

Around 2:05 p.m., UT Police officers responded to a report of indecent assault that happened at the Union Building, the agency said on social media. Witnesses told police a man “exposed himself and touched the victim.” The man left before police arrived.

Police described the man as white or Hispanic, 40 to 50-years-old with salt and pepper hair.

UT Police said “detectives are actively investigating.”
