USGS: 6.2-magnitude earthquake strikes off Guatemala's coast; days after major quake
GUATEMALA CITY - A 6.2-magnitude earthquake has shaken Guatemala's Pacific coast, four days after a major quake killed dozens in the Central American country.
The U.S. Geological Survey says Sunday's earthquake was centred 180 kilometres (112 miles) west-southwest of Guatemala City, off the country's coastline. It had a depth of 29 kilometres (18 miles).
On Wednesday, a 7.4-magnitude earthquake killed 52 people in Guatemala's strongest quake in 36 years.
