The United States has introduced sanctions against more than a dozen legal entities and individuals implicated in facilitating and financing the sale of Iranian drones, the U.S. Treasury Department announced on April 25.

According to the message, the sanctioned parties were engaged in efforts in covertly selling Iranian-made UAVs to Iran's Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics (MODAFL).

This ministry is involved in the supply of drones to both the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and Russia for its war against Ukraine.
