Members of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force found Diamond at a residence in the 4900 block of Case Court in Cleveland. He was taken into custody.

“The fugitive investigation for this violent suspect ended with a safe arrest for everyone involved. The city of Cleveland has one less violent individual out there because of the hard work of the men and women of our task force,” said U.S. Marshal Pete Elliott.
