US Bank robbery suspect wanted by FBI Denver

DENVER (KDVR) — FBI Denver is asking the public for help with identifying the suspect accused of robbing a bank in Denver on Thursday.

According to a release from Metro Denver Crime Stoppers, the suspect robbed the US Bank, located at 999 S. Monaco Pkwy., around 4:30 p.m. The release said the suspect verbally demanded money before fleeing on foot.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic man in his mid-50s standing about 5 feet, 6-7 inches tall with a medium build, a bald head and gray facial hair.

The FBI Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force and Denver Police Department need help identifying the suspect. Anyone with information is asked to contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867.

Tipsters can remain anonymous and can earn a reward of up to $2,000.
