Urbana intersection changed to four-way stop due to light repairs

URBANA, Ill. (WCIA) — People driving around south Urbana during their commutes will find one intersection with a stoplight turned into a four-way stop.

The intersection of South Lincoln Avenue and East Windsor Road has been flashing red for the last week. Public Works officials said the change is the result of a car hitting a light pole last week.

Savoy moves one step closer to viaduct plan

The City of Urbana is still waiting for parts to repair the damage. They hope to have it fixed by next week.
