The Urban Decay Afterdark jewel-tone palette is exactly what we need for the holidays

We’re so excited, because Urban Decay AfterDark has what we need to get the perfect twinkle on our eyes. It’s officially time for holiday parties, gift-swaps, socials, and banquets. That means lots and lots of glitter and sparkle in your wardrobe.

We always get giddy when Urban Decay debuts a new palette, but this has us excited for the new year!

This eyeshadow palette contains 10 glimmering new shadows just begging to get you out on the town. The metallic shades come in shades like “Supersonic” and “Off-Duty” and they are the best ways to take your day makeup directly into night. Even though some of the shade names are little icky (like “Druggie” and “Paralyzed”) the colors are dazzling and versatile, and will take any outfit to the next sparkle level.

One of our favorite things about this time of year is the the unilateral acceptance of over the top sparkle, so this palette is gonna be a staple in our holiday makeup routine.

Urban Decay announced the new shades on their Facebook, saying this particular set of colors was “created with the late-night rendezvous in mind, our jewel-toned Afterdark palette contains 10 sultry shades of Eyeshadow that make things a little more dangerous and a lot more fun. Coming soon to Sephora! #UrbanDecay #UDAfterdark”

The palette is exclusively for Sephora and UD shoppers, but isn’t out just yet. You’ll have to wait just a little while for these 10 new shades. The peach, purple, and blue-hued kit looks sprinkled with fairy dust, so when you do resolve to get the perfect holiday sultry eye,a little magic might help with it.

According to The Zoe Report, the new palette will be available at Sephora.com and UrbanDecay.com. Keep an eye out so you can be first in line to get these sparkly-sexy shades.
