In the temporarily occupied Luhansk region, Russians "allowed" local residents without a residence permit to vote in the Russian presidential "elections"

People without registration were allowed to “vote” in the sham Russian presidential "elections" at specially designated "polling stations" on the temporarily occupied territory (TOT) of Ukraine’s Luhansk Oblast, the legitimate regional military administration head, Artem Lysohor, reported on Facebook on March 15.

Earlier, activists of the Yellow Ribbon movement reported that Russian occupying forces were raiding apartments and forcibly kidnapping people to vote in Russia's illegitimate elections in the temporarily occupied Henichesk in Ukraine's Kherson Oblast.
